WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

✸ Worldwide shipping is available! For more information if shipping is available to your country via Airmail, please check Japan Post site.

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?

✸ The cost of shipping varies based on your location. Please be reminded that shipping cost also covers the tracking fee, packaging materials, and handling fee.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

✸ Orders will be shipped out every 2nd and 4th/5th week of the month.

✸For domestic orders, it may arrive 3 to 4 days after you receive the shipping confirmation. For international orders, it may take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your country.

✸ To avoid issues with delivery, please be mindful and provide a correct shipping address when placing an order.

✿ PAYMENT AND ORDERS ✿

✸ All payments will be accepted via Paypal only for now. Credit and debit cards are also accepted and processed through Paypal. The shop’s currency is in US DOLLARS. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

✸ Cancellations are not allowed once the order is already processed. Please make sure to check the items in your cart before checking out.

CAN I RETURN THE ITEMS?

✸ All sales are final and items cannot be returned or refunded.

✸ If products are damaged or lost in the mail, please kindly email me!

✸ Be aware that the customer is responsible for paying any import VAT, taxes, and fees associated with your order.
